1. Privacy policy

Eranovus Ltd ("Eranovus", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We are committed to handling your data with care and in compliance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Contact form. When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, and the message you submit.
• Self-diagnostic. When you complete the self-diagnostic and enter your email address to receive results, we collect your first name, email address, and your answers to the seven diagnostic statements.
• Analytics. We may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) through a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No personal identifiers are collected via analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry (contact form submissions).
• Send you your diagnostic results summary (diagnostic submissions).
• Understand how the site is being used so we can improve it (analytics).

We will not sell your data to third parties. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, your consent (diagnostic results email).

4. How we store your data

Form submissions are received and stored via Netlify Forms, hosted on Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify is a US-based company; data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. We access your data through the Netlify dashboard and may transfer it to our own CRM or email system for follow-up. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of two years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ian@eranovus.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies policy

This website uses a minimal number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site to function (for example, maintaining your session state during the diagnostic). They are set automatically and cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies (if used). If we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Fathom or Plausible), it may set a cookie to prevent duplicate page-view counts. No personal identifier is stored. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioural advertising technology on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eranovus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any content herein.
